Back in 2021 on a sunny afternoon in Sydney, two ambitious 18-year-old best mates were hanging out on the balcony, captivated by the buzz of Sydney below. Through laughter and creatively mixed cocktails in hand, an idea was sparked: What if we could share this moment of joy, friendship, and incredible flavours with gatherings all over Sydney? And just like that... Eastside Bartending was born!
